Music video · Full production · Bali
The rebrand single for a Korean born, New Zealand raised R and B artist. One day at a private villa in Bali, a music video built to look like a label made it, and a launch planned as the first line of an artist business.
The situation
Elliye had 217,000 real Instagram followers, a verified account and over two million lifetime YouTube views, and her posts were reaching three to five percent of her own audience. She had built the kind of following most artists never reach, without the machinery to earn from it. Delicious Baby was her rebrand, and it had to look like a label made it on an independent budget.
The brief
Direct and produce the music video end to end in Bali, then design the launch as the first revenue line of an artist business, so the release would keep paying after premiere night.
What we built
The work
An anime cold open that dissolves into live action, a cherry world first act, a fantasy dance act mapped across three choruses with wardrobe locked to each look, and a glitch close. Every beat was storyboarded, pre-visualised and cast before a single crew day was paid for.
A private villa secured at no location cost, two camera operators, dancers and choreography, and a live edit running on set. The artist had a password gated production dashboard with the schedule, the shot list, the budget and a change form, so every decision was visible before it cost anything.
We read her account live: 217,596 followers at 0.29% engagement, against a 1.5 to 3% benchmark for her tier. The honest reading was that the platform had stopped serving her content, and the plan that followed was built on volume, testing and fresh signal.
The finished video premiered on her own channel in July 2026, and the launch was designed as an event: a screening, a virtual fan meet up, membership perks and personalised shout out clips. Fan meet and greets are now booked, including a fan meeting in Seoul, and the plan maps six income lines from memberships to live events and brand deals.

What it proves
We make the asset and build the business around it. The video carries a night, and the fan events, the memberships and the creative direction around it carry the career.
